A refreshing tiki cocktail blending rum with tropical flavors and fresh mint for a cool, sweet finish.
Ingredients
- 60 ml White rum
- 15 ml Peach brandy
- 30 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 8 leaves Fresh mint leaves
- No sugar syrup? Use 2 teaspoons of sugar per drink to sweeten.

Method
- Put the mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup into a blender.
- Add the white rum and peach brandy.
- Add crushed ice to fill the blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
