A zesty, elegant cocktail with brandy, citrus, and a sugared rim, served in a tall glass.
Ingredients
- 45 ml brandy
- 15 ml orange liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 7.5 ml maraschino liqueur
- 7.5 ml simple syrup
- sugar (for rim)

- No sugar syrup? Use 1 teaspoon of sugar per drink to sweeten.

Method
- Coat the rim of a crusta glass with sugar.
- Put brandy, orange liqueur, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and simple syrup into a shaker.
- Add cubed ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in as garnish.
