Mezcal Sour
A smoky twist on the classic sour cocktail, combining mezcal with fresh citrus and a touch of sweetness.

- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 large egg white
- No sugar syrup? Use 2 teaspoons of sugar per drink to sweeten.

Method
- Add mezcal, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Shake well without ice to mix and froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
