The Origin of a Virgin Mojito
A Virgin Mojito is the same Havana highball as a Mojito, built in a tall glass with lime, sugar, mint, and soda, and no rum. It keeps the ice, the mint sprig, and the lime of the original, so the drink still tastes like that Cuban cooler. It is the alcohol-free version of the recipe rather than a separate invention.
