Method

Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.

The Origin of a Pornstar Martini

Douglas Ankrah created this drink in London at the start of the 2000s and first put it on the menu as the Maverick. It is a passion-fruit and vanilla vodka sour, shaken and poured into a coupe. A shot of prosecco is served in its own little glass beside it, to sip between mouthfuls rather than to pour in. The drink later took the name Pornstar Martini, which is how most people order it now.
