A refreshing, bubbly mocktail that mimics the classic Gin Fizz without the alcohol.

Mocktail Ingredients
1 drink
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 60 ml soda water
- No sugar syrup? Use 2 teaspoons of sugar per drink to sweeten.

Method
- Put lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
- Shake well with cubed ice.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh cubed ice.
- Top up with soda water.
- Gently stir once to mix.
